All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days (excluding custom orders). You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

If you order a ring that requires resizing, please note that this will add extra time to the delivery.

All orders are shipped from Australia with Australia post, if you would prefer to have your order shipped with DHL, please contact me prior to placing your order so we can provide you with a quote.

Express shipping within Australia is complimentary for all orders.
Express shipping for international orders is $45. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for international orders to cover any lost or damaged items. This will be an option when viewing your cart. This excludes United States customers. If United States customers require insurance, please contact us prior to purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. However, if you do have any issues, please contact us so we can lodge an inquiry on your behalf. We offer insurance at checkout for lost or damaged items up to $5000.
